High-quality analyses in our own Word Food Laboratory
The lab has started providing high-quality chemical and microbiological analyses for meat products and environmental samples (focused on hygiene conditions) since 2018. Our accredited laboratory, known as Word Food Laboratory, guarantees an impartial and independent approach anchored in our industry-leading quality policy. With compliance with NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, certified by the RvA under number L 692, we offer the trusted expertise that is desired.

Chemical analyses

Dissatisfied? We take your complaints seriously
If you are dissatisfied with the manner of service or a laboratory result WFL, you may file a complaint in writing. If you wish, we can also send you the complaint procedure followed by WFL (“WFL-P003 Complaints deviations and corrective actions”) which clearly describes how WFL deals with complaints.
